Daily Vitamin Essentials (What I Use)

This is my practical, no-fuss daily vitamin routine: cod liver oil, vitamin C (5,000 mg), vitamin D (15,000 IU), stress tabs (B-complex), magnesium, and a multivitamin. I keep it simple and consistent, and I’m sharing it as an easy reference for what I take and why

Cod Liver Oil (recommended label dose)

Why I take it: A classic “foundational” supplement that typically provides omega‑3s (EPA/DHA) plus vitamins A and D.

Commonly used for:
  • General wellness support
  • Supporting heart, brain, and joint comfort (omega‑3s)
  • Supporting immune systems (vitamins A and D)
  • Menopause relief!

Vitamin C - 5,000 mg

Why I take it: Vitamin C is a straightforward daily staple for immune and antioxidant support.

Commonly used for:
  • Immune system support
  • Antioxidant support (helps protect cells from oxidative stress)
  • Collagen support (skin, connective tissue)

​Vitamin D - 15,000 IU

Why I take it: Vitamin D is one of the most important basics for overall wellness, especially when you don’t get consistent sun exposure.
