Herbal Tea Information & Tea Essentials

Why herbal tea matters
Herbal tea is one of the simplest ways to bring plants into daily life. A warm cup can be a small pause, an intentional moment to breathe, settle, and listen inward. Many herbs have long histories of traditional use. When prepared with care, they can support everyday wellness routines in a gentle, steady way.
These blends are designed to be simple, approachable, and easy to repeat, because the most helpful remedies are often the ones you’ll actually use.

Recipe Cards!

How to brew a good cup (simple method)Use this method for any of the blends on the recipe cards:
  1. Add 1–2 teaspoons of the dried blend to a mug or tea infuser.
  2. Pour 8 oz of hot water over the herbs.
  3. Cover and steep (covering helps keep the aromatic plant oils in the tea).
  4. Steep 10–15 minutes (or the time listed on the card).
  5. Strain and sip slowly.
Tip: If you want a stronger cup, increase the herb amount first (rather than shortening/lengthening steep time too much).
How often should you drink herbal tea?
If you’re new to herbal teas, start gently:
  • Begin with ½ cup to 1 cup once a day, and notice how you feel.
  • Many people enjoy herbal tea a few times a week as part of a supportive routine.
  • Consistency is usually more helpful than intensity.
